Da Mail Burn

Torrential rain poured down this morning, and seemed like it would never stop.  It cleared up by lunchtime, and been a beautiful sunny day, warm too :)

Day off work and with the rainy morning, I slept well.  I finally got up and about, and got on with house chores.  Me and Sammy enjoyed a long walk this afternoon.  I'm working in the pub this evening, but an early finish and home to put my feet up. 

I had to nip down to feed my sister's cat, and went for a walk with Sammy too.  Most of the fields were drenched after the rain this morning, and the ditches and burns were bursting full.  The level of the burn here had dropped a couple of feet, but it's still full.  The Mail burn, with Blett in the background, Cunningsburgh.
