A Little Light-bulb in my Garden

I was intrigued by this drop hanging at the end of a twig in the silver birch tree. As it hadn't at that stage started raining, I wondered if it could be a drop of sap from where the gardening guys removed a few epiphytes yesterday from the same tree.

What ever it was, in the drop was a perfect but upside down image of my house, the tree and the brown paling fence behind it.

Up on the computer,  it looked a bit like a little hanging light-bulb had been switched on, and was gently glowing.
