Nice Abs!

I had an unexpectedly busy day at work today. I was called at work this morning asking if I would fit another visit in this afternoon which I agreed to as its a family I know and had nothing else planned. The M25 behaved, as did the children so all was fine.

Except my breakfast Smoothie that I had frozen (and no ladies, they don't separate any more than they do in the fridge and just need a good shake!) didn't defrost quick enough and I was left starving until it did - gone lunchtime !!! Take note.....Smoothies that contain yoghurt and seeds take longer to defrost!!!

And I apologies if I have put you off your dinner with my blip!!!! I bought this cold cloth yesterday. Its magic. And Im sure will be my new best friend and thought I'd have a bit of a play with the 'lasso' and add my head to these nice abs!!!! Im even taking it to bed with me tonight!

And did you hear Wayne Rooney got done for drink driving last night. Idiot. I hope Mr W was listening!!!
