Englands Rose

Im glad the roses were still in bloom in the garden for todays Blip as its the 20th Anniversary of Princess Diana's Death. Such a sad loss and I remember so vividly where I was when I heard the news. I was on my way to Debenhams  in the car (I even remember the road!) when I heard she had been in an accident and that Dodi had died then while I was in the shop, we heard the news that Diana too had died. Just tragic.

Then I thought the water droplets still on the rose was quite poignant for today.

Todays Blip is also for CharlotteJ who's Mothers funeral it was today. She too loved a red rose.

And in other news, I showed Mr W a very dramatic Drink Driving video. It made me cry. He got the message. We have a deal. I hope. xXx
