The NCP car park in Colchester is fairly unremarkable apart from the amazing series of graffiti art decorating the stairways. They tell the story of Colchester, Britain’s oldest recorded town, from earliest times. It was done around 2011 by Brave Arts using spraycan graffiti and certainly brightens the walk up and down the stairs. See extra for more views.
