Today I met with the Cathedral Staff for coffee & cakes, including gin & tonic cake and cider cake. Never before was so much alcohol hidden inside so few cakes. Which is where I met up with Ruth, fixer, organiser, sorter, settler and all-things management for the smooth running of such a wonderfully complex place. And where you find the booziest cakes!
