Part of my work includes recommending resources for people who work with children. I'm often sent books and I sometimes spend time hunting out books in the most unlikely of places. Recently I’ve reviewed books on children and mental health & listening skills. And in a games shop in York I came across this little book, an ABC book for children ....... with a delightful activist twist. So instead of an alphabet of objects, it's an alphabet of concepts, justice, heart and soul. A great way for young children of all ages to take heart and take part in our world.
