Jaded

This is Jade (my new timeshare dog) and Jess, her mother. They belong to my marvellous neighbours. My heart would like to get a dog, but my head knows it wouldn't be sensible. So this seems like the best option. A dog to walk when I feel like it and no strings when I don't. We had a lovely walk this afternoon in the sunshine which I think tired her out and gave me lots of time for quiet contemplation. Great day so far.
