Evening Relaxation

A morning at the new house, measuring up windows for curtains and blinds, and counting the number of lights in each room so we can choose light fittings.  We also received delivery of a kitchen dinning table and chairs, the latter unexpectedly needed constructing which lead to a frustrating hour or so as we grappled with screws which struggled to thread into their holes.  Our patience paid off and the last especially troublesome screw was in its hole!  Then it was over to Andy's mum to buy her shopping and have a cup of tea and a chat.  We returned home to dinner, followed by a walk on the heath where we were treated to a glorious sunset.  I hope your day's have been good.  Wishing you all well and many thanks for all your kind and thoughtful comments on my blips this past week.
