New Village!

A big day for Andy and I as we completed on the purchase of our new house!  It was a lovely sunny day so we were able to drive down and collect the keys and take a look around.  We will move in gradually over the next few weeks and months.  This is the entrance to the bakery in our new village - its independently run and all rather quaint! 

Life remains rather busy with sorting out Andy's son's college place and getting him moved from Scotland to London and settled in lodgings with family, and caring for Andy's mum.  On top of that his auntie is seriously unwell with cancer.  Its all a bit much to cope with, along with having to sort out the new house and get all the services and bills set up, addresses transferred and new bank accounts opened.  I guess life goes through these periods and you just have to break things down into manageable chunks and get jobs done and try to keep as emotionally balanced as possible.  Wishing you all well and an enjoyable weekend.
