Mr C does not like coastal walking but agreed to come for a beach walk heading north from Warkworth.

I'm a bit like this old wreck - I had an appointment with GP today re the sleep issue. This took an hour longer than it should have because there are glitches with the new computer system. Apparently I'd got signed in but then he pressed the wrong thing so I went off the radar - they were very apologetic when I was finally seen. He suggested talking therapy (don't think this meant counting sheep) but also gave me the drugs.
