Mrs Smith and her sister were busy all day organising the funeral for their Mum, registering her death and collecting her belongings.

I was busy shouting "can you hear me" to Clients in America. Got there in the end.

I also conjured up a big pot of broccoli and Stilton soup which went down very well. Soup is essential in times of crisis.
