Ducks
Went for a quick walk round the Muirtown Basin. A pretty spanking east wind especially when I got to the last stretch of the Caledonian Canal where the final lock enters the Beauly Firth - very exposed but at least it coming from the side. And the other side after I crossed the locks and walked back. But thankfully the threatened rain never came. One of the pontoons used by sea-cadets was occupied by lots of ducks - mostly side-by-side in pairs.
