Just pottering in the greenhouse when this bee got entangled at the bottom of a web. After its early struggles the spider emerged from its hiding place in the metal frame of the roof and went to inspect its coming meal. Went back to hide and then came out again. After it retreated the bee managed to break free and dropped into to the trellising. Seemed ok but perhaps it later succumbed to spider venom.
