A pipevine swallowtail , Cressmoor Prairie

We stopped at the Cressmoor Nature Preserve on the way to Chicago, a tall grass prairie remnant near the Indiana Dunes NP.It was an interesting walk through the prairie grasses and flowers. There were a few moths, several butterflies and lots of goldfinches. The yellow swallowtail in extras was just too perfect not to post , but I left out the distant monarch , viceroy and poor little chewed up crescent. 
The other extras are a view of the prairie and (yes really , I finally got to see it ) the Golden Dome at U of Notre Dame. !
