Just Like Buses

You wait for ages and then two come along together:-)  Saw my first Red Admiral of the summer in the garden today, in fact there were two of them and a Peacock Butterfly on the buddleia.  The Red Admirals were reluctant to open their wings and when they did, they looked rather more orange than red!  (See Extra)

Had my second therapy appointment today and oh dear, did it hurt!  I had partly undone all the good work of last week by being too enthusiastic on my exercise bike and making the hip sore again, so she just worked on that one today - for a whole hour!  It feels better already.

Lovely warm sunshine for most of the day, although there was a light shower later in the afternoon to save us watering the garden.
