Mother of Pearl

I have blipped this table mat before using macro lenses but thought I would try it under the digital microscope.  The shell sharpened nicely but then showed all the defects (scratches in the plastic and the effect of the rim in sharp detail) so I had to spend a while cleaning this up in photoshop.
