On the Dancefloor

Spent a very enjoyable day photographing the activities at the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society Summer School in St Andrews. An early start to catch a 7am train from Waverley. Once I got to St Andrews I started in the morning with the musicians, then a small group preparing for their exam, the Junior Summer School and then another adult group before lunch. A few candids in the dining hall and some demonstration dance prep in the afternoon and then this rather grand dance in the evening where a lot of people took the chance to dress up, as you can see. After catching the last of the demonstration dances I left to get the bus and train back to Edinburgh - back home just after midnight.
