Wet Eastbourne

Well, we have made it safely to Eastbourne (an interesting place) and our property is bijou and quirky.  The weather is not the best - and considering we have come here for a hot air balloon festival, it's pretty disastrous,  I don't think we will be making the effort to get up for the dawn flight!

This evening we walked along the front at Eastbourne, most of the time into a heavy wind with driving rain.  However, the reward has been some dramatic views of the pier so not all in vain.

This blip was taken on the pier where, of course, I noticed the reflections in the wet - it should have been shadows in the sun.  I'll pop in a couple of extras of the pier.
