What is going on with the weather? It feels like it's winter again! Consequently not much outdoor activity going on today. 
I had a meeting this afternoon with representative of a few local groups. We're all planning to do the Oxjam Festival, which is a nationwide festival for Oxfam but organised locally. They don't seem to have much idea of organisation so we met to put a plan together to save them a lot of effort and us a lot of aggravation. I'm hoping it'll work.

It's been as dull as ditchwater all day so I stopped for a rainy blip. I think that's about as good as it's been all day!
