Dartington Hall

It's about three years since I was last at Dartington (for Frances' wedding). Today we went to the cinema in the Barn Theatre to see Steven Spielberg's production of Roald Dahl's 'The BFG'. It's summer holidays of course and we had Elly and Oscar for the day. The screening was at two so we went to the White Hart (which is just to the left of my blip) for lunch before it (venison sausage and mash with red onion gravy had me struggling to keep my eyes open for the early scenes). It was an excellent film and it's quite a nice environment to see it in too.
