Yoga in the park

It was a good way to start the day. I was up early for yoga in the arboretum in the park. I was the only man. Doing yoga outside with the sound of the running water, the birds and the outline of the leaves against the blue sky is the best. We didn't stop for a coffee afterwards but went into Decathlon in Perpignan to do a bit of shopping and then on to the beach. I had searched the satellite images of that long stretch of Mediterranean beach on google maps and found just about the only clump of pine trees where there would be some shade!
