Pasta al mano!

Part of our stay at the agritourismo included a cookery lesson. When we arrived on day 1 it very quickly became apparent that our hosts did not speak any english. (What did you expect in Italy I hear you say!!) After an initial ooh **** moment I reminded myself that we chose to come to Italy to practice my Italian. So to cut a long story short we were taught to make fresh pasta and tomato sauce all in Italian. It was great fun and tasted great especially when washed down with a glass of very nice local vino rosso!!
