Meanwhile, a good but busy day at work. Home and finishing off brake replacement and bedding in of the pads on my bike, tyre change, chain and running gear clean, and a repack of all gear. Ready. Now just need to hope the food and fitness holds up.

But that's on Thursday, off to Wellington tomorrow for several meetings.
