End Of A Fun Day

I spent the day with my blip buddy Mary Jo.  We drove to Seattle so she could attend a class at Glazer's Camera on water collisions, those amazing pictures that capture a drop of water the second it hits water from above and forms various spectacular images with the best being a "crown".   I hope she posts one on her blip tonight.

While she took the class I spent time drooling over the camera equipment but being the tough soul I am, avoided buying anything more expensive than a lens cleaning kit and a wrist strap.  I am very lucky to have accumulated a nice bag of camera equipment over the past couple years which is more than enough for me at this stage of my photographic experience.  It's always fun to look at the new stuff though.

It was a really, really great day with lots of laughs.  One of the best days I've had in recent memory.
