Minders

Anna is lucky enough to have two of the finest godmothers in the business. Today they doubled up as minders to keep her adoring fans away following her SITR show. The godfather was absent from the photo as he was busy doing important picnic purchasing. My folks, one of my brothers and his family, the SooB fam, Sara (minder on the right) all kindly came to see Anna's first show of the day. And post picnic one of Anna's school friend's mom kindly brought a gang of her friends to see the second show of the day. And final one of the run so no more Singin' in the Rain. As ever, mixed emotions about the months of hard work coming to a successful fruition and it not being part of our weekly schedule anymore. It all gets very intense in the last few weeks.

But a big distraction and no rest of course as tomorrow brings the start of dance week...three evenings of rehearsals followed by three evenings of dance shows.

Super busy day with lots of lovely family and friends.

And we even managed to squeeze in a little Father's Day spoiling for Carlos. Probably not enough but he did get a whole show to watch, even including some splendid slapstick.
