I have my Visa Whew ... Tea & Coffee Anyone

The good news is that Oor Karen has finally received her visa which is a relief because as you can see she just keeps on fundraising for her Great Wall of China Kiltwalk trek.

Her drive to raise the funds for her trip is being hugely supported by her friends as you will see if you visit her Facebook page where she posted the following.

"Thank you everyone , what an amazing team of family and friends today :) I am so lucky so have and know you all. £750 raised today, total was already £2000, Target reached and more money from home bakes still coming in and to follow :)"

So well done to one and all.

Of course I couldn't leave today's Blipfoto without also mentioning a post I saw from her friend Julia who by the sound of it has also walked The Great Wall as she said

"Karen - practise walking up steps - the ones on the Wall are all different heights - from 2" to about 2' and no pattern to them, apparently it was to stop horse riders galloping along, but they're a real killer"
