Terrier Racing

After the rained off terrier racing, children's sports and tug of war due to adverse weather conditions, (the rec was waterlogged).
The carnival committee not to allow such things to get in the way of tradition held the cancelled events this evening.
Unfortunately they hadn't taken into consideration the shortened nights so for probably the first time ever terrier racing was held in the evening gloom and owing to the time difference the turn out wasn't prolific!
Still some things don't change and the winning dog 'Snatch' was the winner of the last 2 previous years.
Even though the turnout wasn't great it was still a fun night and the 'floodlit' tug of war was still to come!
