Flower Friday and a Wasp

I know it's Flower Friday, but I was likely busier trying to get this insect in focus.  My search says that it is a European Paper Wasp. I have no idea what the wild flower is.  I'll try to look it up. Love yellow!

Addendum: Yikes!  The plant is wild parsnip and it can really burn if you touch it.  So glad I didn't! I know we have a lot of it here, but I really didn't think.
