Wisconsin State Capitol

This morning we went to Cows on the Concourse and the Farmer's Market, when I looked up at the Capitol and saw people walking on a balcony site high up.  So we decided to check it out. We went to the 5th floor up, then walked up some stairs to the next floor until we reached the spiral staircase that took us to the outdoor balcony.The extra is of the statues above us at close range and the view down to the street.  Quite a treat!
