Wisconsin Windmill

We have driven past Sisson's Peony Gardens (National Historic Site) in Rosendale, WI more than once, but never when the peonies were in bloom. Today was our lucky day.  A quick stop found a working windmill.  Who knew?  Rosedale is a known speed trap if you dare to drive over the posted 30 miles an hour.  So we are usually looking for the police, not flowers.
