Superfood bouquet!

We love kale and I am so pleased that the first bed I planted out in the veg garden is alive with fully grown kale, cavelo nero and curly kale. I grew this lot under fleece and with a generous amount of horse manure.  Within 8 weeks the kale is ready for gathering. I will be batch freezing and cooking over the next few days. Added some chive flowers for colour and fun!
