Hurray for 100 weeks of Abstract Thursday

In June 2015 youoregon1/Robert Ostrochovskyhad a great idea for an abstract Blip, he did say it was just for a day, but his followers rather liked the idea and asked him to have a challenge every Thursday. Abstract Thursday was born ! The first Abstract Thursday was on 2 July 2015 ( yes , the second year of Abstract Thursday is only a month away!). Thanks to Robert and all those Blippers who like to faff, fartnarkle and/or just see the abstract in everyday sights we're now at the 100th Abstract Thursday. So thank you so very much, Robert, and all who participate :-)

Today by sheer coincidence is also DJ's and my anniversary, 32 years of wedded togetherness :-), later this year, actually in exactly half a year we will have been together for 40 years. There's a picture in the extras of us looking rather young and radiant then and look at all that dark hair. Did I write togetherness, today we're continents apart, a fact that has happened more often than not on our anniversaries - maybe that's the secret to a long marriage ;-)  But I have to say I'm rather looking forward to DJ's retirement which will mean no more separate travels, unless planned.
