Fire Pit!
Jamie built us a fire pit after I had been inspired to develop my cooking skills to incorporate the open air cooking I had seen on a Chef's table episode set in Patagonia. I added the rotisserie and hey presto we bought a 15 lb shoulder of pork to experiment on our first outdoor cook out on Mothers Day and to celebrate J's graduation from Law School. The whole family were in attendance and we are still cooking so will have to wait to see how the taste test goes!
