Southlake BG Opens At Last!

All the hard work was with it as we see the end result and this was taken very early this morning at 12:30 am after all the last minute organising. I spent much of the evening calibrating the espresso shots and machine ready for the opening day just 5 and a half hours later. Thankfully we have a great team these days and I was able to stay in bed until 8:30 am before a trip to see how things were going - good first day with sales higher than either of the other 2 on the first day!
