Lunan Bay

We packed up this morning and after a super breakfast our coach took us to Lunan Bay where we walked along the dunes to some caves at the far end of the bay.  We then walked back on the beach, and then headed on some country roads to the Red Castle, where we had some lunch, before descending to the beach again and walking further along on the beach until we climbed up some sand dunes to a farm and along some farm roads to where our coach was waiting for us.

We headed home via Dundee where we had a short tour of the 'Discovery', Captain Scott's boat for his Antartic exploration.  Then home...... we had a fab weekend, every minute filled, great hotel, great food, great company, great walks.......

And the weather was kind to us, even if we had a bit of haar yesterday, it only added to the atmosphere!
