Hosting Italian wine night

Hubby and I get together with 3 friends every month to taste wines from different countries with appropriate accompaniments, or so we say. For starters, Hubby doesn't even drink wine! But we all enjoy the company and the food.
Tonight it is my turn to host and I am serving chicken marsala, and the others are bringing salad and dessert, and of course some Italian wine. I also picked up a Roscato wine to try.
