Wet on the outside...

Over their jet lag at this point, today was the first major outing on the visit from Dad and Dr. Bob. Our man Cledwyn took us on an eight-hour tour of the Cape Winelands, from Paarl to Franschoek to Stellenbosch, with tastings and lunch on some really nice vineyards. It was cold and rainy for the most part, and Lindsey and I were both recovering from the ever-reliable first-day-of-vacation bug, but a barrage of early morning wine and cheese can soften just about any ailment.

(This vineyard makes goat's milk cheese in addition to letting them live in an awesome house.)
