Dungeness farewell

While we were there we saw birders of the blip and binocular kind all the time.  This little group spent a lot of time on the shingle bank behind the power station, looking out to sea.  I had actually gone up here to re-take a shot with better light (see Extras), but I couldn't resist their little silhouettes against that burning sea.

The other Extras are filmmaker Derek Jarman's shingle garden and the living room of our place.
