This little owl came through the post yesterday by a good friend. A very thoughtful, surprise gift and it made me smile.
She knows how much I like decorative owls :)

It comes after a very hard week. Amongst other things work has been stressful on a few days; I've driven the mini bus to Almond Valley in Livingston and spent the day there with a group of children.
I have struggled with tiredness, insomnia and very low mood. I have self harmed every day and I have had thoughts of ending it all and as I said to my counsellor the thought is never that far away.
