Blue skies and Otter

We made some lunch and drove down to Kildonan. We popped in the Wee Gallery and it was really wee but some lovely glass work and paintings by the ladies that lived there. We bought a few bits a pieces.
We parked near the bay with a great view over Pladda to Ailsa Craig. Seals were basking on the rocks and then we spotted the otter. We watched it for over an hour, fishing and jumping on to the rocks.
Next we took a walk up to the Eas Mor waterfall. A steep track upwards with an easier path down.We went in the library log cabin which was filled with letters and pictures covering the walls. I could hear Ravens calling and then spotted their nest , a classic sight for a nest on the cliff face.Four baby ravens present.There's a trust that are building toilets for the public to use seeing as Ayrshire council are shutting them all.
On to Lagg where we had a delicious cream tea in the Hotel followed by a great walk through bluebell woods and hundreds of wild garlic plants.,by a babbling burn.We looked at the Torrylin Clyde  Chambered tomb. Lovely blue skies and warm too :)
Back to the hotel,in front of a roaring open fire, we had a tasty dinner. Broccoli and leek soup and I had wild garlic and breadcrumb coated   sea bass with crushed new potatoes.
We went back to the bay and watched the otter again , the tide was in so most of the rocks were covered and he was swimming further out.
