Sophie In The Sunshine

We've enjoyed a lazy day with Sophie. We played for a while in the playground at Clarks Village this morning and Chris came up to collect his winnings on the Grand National (about £200) and ours (£12!).

When we got back, Sophie was happy to play tea parties and do some colouring in the garden and we were content to sit in the sunshine and watch her and enjoy her company. Impossible to tire of the pleasures of being grandparents.

We took her back home to her Mum & Dad this afternoon and they were (almost) as excited to see her as she was them.

Back to the Masters golf shortly for what promises to be an exciting final round.
