Simply Steak

As suggested by this week's BlipCommunity post, here's what I cooked for dinner tonight: steak, roasted veg and paprika dusted sweet potatoes, washed down with a glass (or two!) of red.

It's a bit of a Saturday night staple for us, particularly if I've been to a home game at Huish Park, as it's quick and easy to prepare. Yeovil were away at Portsmouth today so I was spared our latest defeat, although our son Chris was there. By way of compensation, he managed to back the first 4 horses in the Grand National, so he's due a rather nice pay out!

Any away, with Sophie still with us tonight, this was a quick and tasty meal to prepare once she was tucked up in bed.
