Ready for Action
The sourdough starter just had a week of rest and recuperation in the fridge but I got it out for a top-up yesterday and already it's fit and ready for some serious bread action. I should probably freeze some too, keep it for a backup.
It was a glorious sunny afternoon and perfect for good football so it's a pity I spent it at Tynecastle where there was very little of that on show. And they can't blame the pitch anymore, it looks perfect. However a win's a win I guess and the Jambos have had precious few lately. They won't be complaining.
