Findhorn Beach

Spring arrived in Kingussie! We took a drive up to Findhorn and wandered along the beach; bits of sunshine, no wind, not many folk about, fantastic. I think D said the beach is eight miles long so plenty room to spread out but we just walked to Findhorn village and back. The view is terrific, across to the Back Isle and the mountains behind.
We'd stopped by the Findhorn Collective (a first visit for us and likely to be the last despite the almost irresistable draw of Tony Christie playing there next month). Not sure exactly what I was expecting, maybe more hippies.
Back at D&G's place we were plied with lots of fantastic food which naturally meant I had to overeat a tad. Just no self control. A great day though.
