St Monans

Just a couple of miles along the road from Elie is the little village of St Monans. L and I visited friends there for coffee this morning. 

D had his second hip replacement last Thursday and when we arrived he was out for the first of his three short walks of the day. He's very good with his crutches .... slow and steady at the moment but he's one determined guy and will be back on his bike ASAP.
