Craftsman at work .....

...... making lobster creels.  The harbour in Anstruther has many old creels piled up along the quayside. Today for the first time L and I spotted two guys making brand new creels.  They were in the final stages using metres and metres of green nylon rope to finish them off.  It won't be too long before the creels find their way onto the fishing boats and then out to sea where they will become the new, temporary home for lobsters, crabs and langoustine.

Sadly there are a couple of rain spots on the photograph.
