A well worn sofa

The sun shone from first thing this morning. It was cold and there was plenty of evidence of yesterday's snow still lying in the verges and in the fields .... but it was so good to see a blue sky again.

Meeting friends for lunch in St Andrews. L and Sandra took Togbe for a walk on the beach while Eileen and I hit the shops and I encouraged her to make a few purchases.

St Andrews has two great bookshops .... both are well worth a visit but only one offers coffee and a wood burning stove!
