Ready to Pounce

I have a guest photographer on my site today. My S-I-L Doug came with me (using my Nikon), and got this fishing snowy egret. He/she was quite a fisherman, continually coming up with small minnows.

We hit 3 of the bird highlights while we were out.
1. We saw 2 birds mating. (Yellow-crowned night herons.) (It didn't take long.)
2. We saw birds catching fish.
3. We got a couple of flyers.
