Hello

This time under the water in Loch Ness. See how clear the water is. 6.1 degrees today. 3 dips.
The first we swam around a castle. It was where we finished the relay yesterday. Urquhart castle. That was a before breakfast dip.
Second dip was great fun. It was a river close by with an amazing waterfall. We were swimming against the current and getting swooshed back. Took loads of underwater photos. It was colder than the first dip.
Third dip was back in Loch Ness. Just a straight swim up and back. I did 1,000m as it was colder still.
What a fab day. I think I'm getting quite used to this cold swimming lark.
